Most of the answers to these problems can be found in the bundled manual. Please check with your manual that came with the product. It is wise to make sure that all Jumpers are set correctly to further reduce the complexity of the problem. Meanwhile, you may check up the Technical FAQ to solve your problem. If the methods above still cannot solve your problem, we will strongly suggest you to contact any authorized TRIPLEX dealer to serve you in a professional manner. Please find it at the product package, or download a manual from here if you lost your own.
